Delete your PennyQuest account

You can permanently delete your PennyQuest account directly inside the Android app.

How to delete your account

1. Open PennyQuest and select Profile.
2. Open Account & privacy.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review what will be removed, enter DELETE, and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile information.
• Your private machine and penny collection records.
• Your trips and saved trip stops.
• Pending or rejected submissions and associated pending uploads.

What may remain

Community information that was approved and published—such as a machine listing, verification, report outcome, or approved photo—may remain in the PennyQuest catalog so other collectors do not lose useful information. It will no longer identify you and will appear as contributed by an anonymous collector.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@pennyquestapp.com from the address associated with your account. Include “Account deletion” in the subject. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
