Using PennyQuest

These terms govern your use of PennyQuest. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them.

These terms are a private-beta draft and should be reviewed before PennyQuest becomes publicly available.

Who may use PennyQuest

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We recommend parental supervision for collectors under 18. You are responsible for the activity performed through your account.

Respectful and lawful use

You agree not to misuse PennyQuest, interfere with its operation, access it unlawfully, or use it to harm others.

Machine listings do not grant access to private property. Follow business hours, admission requirements, posted rules, and applicable laws. Never trespass or enter unsafe areas to reach a machine.

Community submissions

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You give PennyQuest permission to store, review, resize, reproduce, display, and use that content to operate and improve the machine catalog and related services.

Only submit information and images you have the right to share. Submissions may be edited, rejected, removed, or made anonymous when reasonably needed for accuracy, safety, privacy, or account deletion.

Accuracy and availability

Machine locations, availability, designs, hours, prices, and condition can change. PennyQuest does not guarantee that a listing is complete, current, or accessible. Verify important details before traveling.

Private beta

Beta features may change, experience interruptions, contain errors, or be removed. Feedback is welcome and may be used to improve PennyQuest.

Account suspension or termination

We may restrict or terminate access when an account threatens users or the service, repeatedly submits abusive or misleading content, or violates these terms.

Disclaimer

PennyQuest is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PennyQuest is not responsible for travel decisions, third-party locations, machine operation, lost property, injury, or other consequences arising from reliance on community listings.
